‘Centrepoint at the Palace’ aims to raise £2 million to ensure that Centrepoint can continue to provide homeless young people with a safe warm room, and the stability and support they need.

Hosted by Centrepoint Ambassador Jonathan Ross, the event included the second annual Centrepoint Awards which recognise the success of remarkable young people who have experienced homelessness and turned their lives around with the charity’s help.

The money raised at the event and its auctions will ensure that Centrepoint can continue to provide homeless young people with not only a safe place to stay, but also vital support in tackling physical and mental health problems, and help to find work, an apprenticeship or return to education.

‘Centrepoint at the Palace’ was hosted at Kensington Palace, home of its patron HRH The Duke of Cambridge, Centrepoint’s Patron since 2005, having taken over the mantle from his mother Diana, Princess of Wales.

With Centrepoint’s support, vulnerable young people can leave homelessness behind for good.
